Question regarding my Uncle(US citizen) sponsoring green card for my Dad

Hello,

Please be advised of the following Green Card questions as I'm a student looking forward for Green card sponsorship for my Dad(in India) through my Uncle who is a US citizen, eventually my Dad can sponsor me Green Card.

Questions to ask:

Q1. How long will it take for my Dad to get the green card,so he can sponsor me. What happens if I get married before my Dad gets green card, Does it changes any category?

Q2. Can my Dad stay in India even after getting US green card. or will that be fine, if he just make short trips to US even staying permanently in India?

Q3. My uncle can sponsor my grand mother, and my grand mother can sponsor my Dad. Is this would be fastest route for my dad getting green card or would be better if my uncle sponsors my Dad directly.

Q1 Your father's turn for sibling GC will mature in about 12 years. It will take 5 years minimum to get citizenship if he lives in US after getting GC. So he can sponsor you after a minimum of 17 years.

Q2 Is he stays in India even after getting green card with casual visits to US, he will not be eligible to become US citizen.

Q3 Your grand mother will take about 6 years to get citizenship, before she can sponsor your dad. But will she live in US for 5 years after getting GC ? If not, she can not sponsor your dad.
