I am US citizen for almost 6 years. I want to petition for my sister in India. Her husband doesn't live with her and they don't have any children. Her husband doesn't want to be included in immigration process and neither I want to sponsor him. My question is
A) In I-130 petition, can I leave Column # 17 (List spouse and children of your relative) blank and don't put any names in there? so there is no derivative beneficiary.
B) Is there any other way to exclusively exclude him from I-130 petition?
