Hi,
I am a US citizen (female, married and got GC via EB2 category and later citizenship) and would like to apply for green card for my sister (ages 45) and children, aged 15 and 22 yrs.
1. can I apply only for the kids?
2. or should I apply for my sister and her family?
3. my sisters oldest kid is over 18 yrs, is she eligible? or only the second kid will be eligible?
4. how long does it take to get green card for them ?
5. as soon as they get GC, should they relocate to US right away or can only the kids come?
6. my sisters entire family are Indian citizens.
7. what is my first step to apply?
