Here's our situation:
I, the future immigrant, am fulfilling the 2-year home residency requirement of my previous J-1 visa in my home country. My husband, the US citizen and petitioner, is in the US. We've been trying to space out the different steps of the IV process to get to the interview step once the 2 years are up (7/20/16).
We are now at the document submission to the NVC step (all invoices paid) and I have 2 questions about this:
1- I submitted the DS-261 on 4/6/15, and since they say that processing time is 1 month, does that mean I should submit a new one with the AOS package? (and is that even possible since the form is submitted online?)
2- We already sent in a few photos in the very beginning of this process (with the I-130 I think), should we send in more photos now with the AOS package as supporting documents?
