I-130 for sibling
Hi Alex,
I have a similar case as you. I've filed I-130 for my parents and included my sister name in the application.she is 18 years old and planning to accompany with my parents for counsular interview. When did you file the application for your parents and how long you had to wait for the interview after the receipt date?
I read your post abt your parents interview date. I am anxious find out how things went for your parents and your brother. Any information you can send me would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mathew

No Way
Be careful of what type of visa your parents were given. Just because your parents have minor children does not mean they can come. First your parents have to become residents, then apply for the minor children (it takes about 5 years for most countries before the minor children get an interview). If you petition for your parents (even if your include the minor children in the application); the minor children will not be given inmigrant visas; sorry, but this is the law.
