Diff name than mention in Birth Certificate.

I filled I-130 for my parents to INS. They send me letter for Request of evidence.
My name is HetalKumar Patel I born in Pij, Ta-Nadiad, DIst-Kheda. In hindu religion when kid is born at that time they don;t give name to kid. That;s why in their birth certificate they mention name as BABO if kid is boy. After few week they gave my name HetalKumar.
Now INS is saying establish evidence that HetalKumar and BABO is same person.
I submit the afidavit also with that still they are not convince.
Now please help me out about this matter. What i have to do for this.

i think u only need to get that Birth cert notarised from india and US. This is not a big problem. U can remake the birth certificate in gujrat . It doesnt cost much ...as per my knowledge it wud be 15-20 rs max
