  • disclosing previous marriages

Hi, i am posting this because i don't know what else to do and how to go about it.
I got married to a US Citizen in Germany in 2005. He brought me to the US, right after he told me he wanted to be with his Ex and gave me divorce papers. In America i was not married, yet the divorce was finalized in the US. I met somone else, got married shortly after the divorce and filed for my first I-130 petition successfully. I received my Permanent Residency card and started working. I found out my husband at that time was cheating and taking drugs, so i left him. The divorce was finalized and i stayed till my 2 year residency was up. I left to go back home to Germany and 09 and lived there ever since... well, ever since now. I got married two weeks ago, to a US citizen on my visit to the us. Me and my husband have been dating for 9 months. We actually met 8 years ago.
After our marriage i went back home to germany and we are in the process of getting a lawyer doing all the paperwork.
I do know that i have to tell USCIS about the marriage with my second husband since i filed petition with him and they will probably review my old case. Do i have to tell them about the first marriage, which i never told my husband about? I never filed anything with him and if i send them the divorce papers of my second marriage, they should know that the first marriage was over with, right?

    My question is:
    - do they review old cases, because i don't know if i told them on my old application of my first husband
-what happens if i disclose the first marriage?
-i don't have any more evidence of me and my former husband of us being bona fide- will that be an issue? It was almost 10 years ago.

Side note: my lawyer told us to not process in the states, since we might have issues with the adjustment of status since i would travel on the visa waiver program, so we decided to go with the consular processing in germany.

Thank you so much for any help.
