spouse visa help needed
hi
i am a new lottery immigrant and i got my social no but have not received my green card yet , i want to apply for a petition for my wife in egypt so i have some questions:
1- can i apply with the visa only or i should wait for the green card
2- can i apply for her then go back to egypt for a while or i must stay in the states all the time?
3- on form i - 130 place of my admmission is the embassy which i made my interview or the state that i landed in
4- do i need to come back every six months or every year till she get the visa
