Any Ideas?

My Father sent off a I-130 for my married Sister 3 years ago. Our family was broken apart by a divorce of my parents. We lived in USA back in 1978 under my Fathers green card. At time of divorce we (mom, sister and I ) moved back to Canada. I became US citizen in 1991 and sponsored my Mom, who now has a green card. Here is our problem, My Father is 72 yrs old now and is a diabetic is there any way we can get my Sister and her family here quicker so they can spend some time with our Dad before it is too late? Can they come here as visitors until the I-130 goes through. They do not have to work as I can support them if need be. Please help!
