Green Card not arrived on IR5

I entered USA on 27th November. My Poe was JFK. I have yet not received any welcome packet or GC. I paid my fees days before entering the USA. When I try to check the status of my case on USCIS website it is not updated since 2014. When I called them they asked for some receipt number. Apparently the receipt number write on my I-797 is not the one they want . It's so frustrating because nobody knows what's going on. What could be the problem? Please help.
I have left USA three days back because I had an important work in London and I am not going back for another three months.

Did you finally get your green card?

I am in exact same situation only I arrived on Jan 16.
