I have a question and I hope you can help me out. I came to US with Student visa and I overstay for 2 years. I am still in the country but I need to go back to mine, Spain. I am also engaged with a US citizen and we are wondering if we got married in Spain and then she asks me for a green card, is there a possibility that I get it and be able to come back to US or they will banned me for 10 years no matter what?
