F1 OPT spouse of LPR can travel outside US and reenter in F1-OPT status?
Hello, I am on F1 OPT visa. I graduated from school in August-2015. My OPT started in October-2015 and will expire in October-2016. I am working full-time in my field and I am eligible for F1-OPT extension. I got married in September 2015 with green card holder. She filed green card for me under F2A category in September-2015. Priority date for petition will current in April-2017. I have fixed plan to visit foreign country for 2 weeks in January 2017 for certain resons. Can I travel outside US and reenter with this F1-OPT Spouse of LPR status? what type of documents should I have to prepare? Should my current company have to prepare any documents for me as I am working full-time? I look forward for better opinions. Thanks for reading.
