Good morning!
I filed my removal of conditions for my GC last july 2015, I did my biometrics end of July and until now I havent gotten the permanent GC, I called USCIS and they said they are still processing March 2015.
I plan to travel on March to pick up my son in the Philippines, the receipt number on my I-797 is different from my I-797C (biometrics) when I checked it online my I-797 receipt # isnt showing but my I-797C receipt number shows, Im wondering if it is safe to travel outside the US with the photocopy of I-797C that they gave me after I did my biometrics (they took the original one there). Will they let me in the US border with this document?
