Father is LPR along with spouse and under 21 children except for son who aged-out by 4months. Father then submitted I-130(approved) but I-485 for aged out son was denied. I-130 will need at least 6-8 years before visa becomes available.
Father has a stable business and job at home country so keeping LPR status would be difficult. Is there some sort of way to give up the father's LPR status to aged-out son?
