Return to US using B2 visa after I-130 is submitted?

I just filed my mother's I-130 and I-485 concurrently a couple of weeks ago. Now, my mom has to go back to her home country to take care of some urgent matter. She doesn't have advance parole yet. Her B2 visa is still valid and allows multiple entries. Can she use her B2 visa to go back the States? Will it affect her green card application?
