I will hopefully become a US Citizen at the end of this month and my wife is a born us citizen. We were wondering if when applying for GC for my parents if my siblings can come also: sister, 25; sister, 23; brother 20. THey are all not married and dependent on my parents. If so what is the first step in applying, what forms,? how long will this take?? thanks for all the help!!

They can't really come as dependents. You will have to file for them separately under F4 category that takes around 13 years.
