NVC canceled the I-130 when I informed them that I got married

My Father is US Citizen and he filed my I-130 "Un-Married Son and Daughter Category", USCIS has approved and send to NVC , when we informed to NVC that I got married they canceled my I-130 visa and send one letter that I need to re-file I-130 because category has been changed from Unmarried son and daughter to Married son and daughter.

Can anyone help me to write you expert opinion what I should do?

process? And when did your father applied your petition.

Rather than a new petition, which will start your wait all over, your father should request the NVC to upgrade your visa class to "married son of U.S. citizen."It will lengthen your waiting time (by several years), but may be shorter than submitting a new I-130.

My father filed the cased on dated 2004 under unmarried son or daughter category , I got married in 2007 before this USCIS has approved the cased and send to NVC,
when my father informed to NVC about my marriage they canceled the case , so still I am nowhere.

Should I re-file the case ?
