Good Night! I urgently need advice on my cause. I realize the notice of letter (1&2) come in my maiden name, my concern is that in my passport only has just my marry name. Do u think it will cause any problem wen my visa should process. if yes can u tell me what the next step I should talk? please and thanks!

Do you want your visa to be in your maiden name or your married name? The passport will drive how the visa will be printed, so you need to make up your mind.

I need it in my marry name, that's the name I'm using. Should I inform NVC?

Your DS-260 and other paperwork should be completed in your married name so that your visa is issued in your married name, as well as th Green Card.
