i 485 Part 3A question

I am currently preparing to file I 130 and I 485 concurrently thru marriage. However, I got bit confused on filling out I 485 part 3 A asking if I have filed a permanent resident card before because I am on H1B and my employer applied for I 140 last year which was approved. Do I answer yes because I 140 was approved?

Do I answer yes because I 140 was approved?

I am in similar situation, My employer sponsored I-140 is approved and my EB3 I-485 is pending since 2007. Now since i am married to US citizen i have similar question if the previous A-number (Part 1 for I-485) and Part 3 A should be filled with values from the employment based card.
