Can anyone help me to know the processing way of USCIS for category I-130 "Married son or daughter category" F3,
Why California Service center is too slow than others , below is dates for your expert comments.
I filed my case in 23-Oct-2013 and it is with California service center, can any one tell me what could be expected time to approve my petition.
