Interview on mid of March!!

My interview is finally is at Mid of March but my medical examination is valid only till mid of May .

please advise , do you think they will ask me to renew my medical report ? or visa can be issued for only 2 months ?

I am waiting for my fiancee's visa to be available. When the Visa bulletin finally matures for us, will the local embassy send you a letter or will it be through email?

Also, do you have the same scenario in which you have a fiancee and wondering how you can bring her? Thanks!
