Plz help , in my birth & school certificates no surname is added after my name, but in my passport & visa application surname is added.now I have to submit the papers to nvc.my category f3.plz sugest which papers I have to submit

NVC usually goes by the name on your passport, If your birth certificate doesn't include your last name, that is okay. But just to prove your identity make sure you take something, may be your parents birth certificate that shows the last name.
