hi everyone I am really hopeless and don't know who can help me with my daughters greencard. They came here 07/27/2015 via IR2 visa (all are underage and daughters of a U.S. citizen) at SFO. Thinking that they will automatically be US citizen we didn't pay for their greencard before we travelled from the Philippines. After a month we received a notice and they told us that we need to pay for their greencard. So I made the payment online thru pay.gov on 10/17/2015 and until now we still didn't receive anything. I called USCIS that asked to file an inquiry online which I did for 3 times but still no response til now. What should I do?

Green Cards are taking as much as 4 months to be delivered after $165 fees are paid. Their I-551 stamp in passports gives them proof of Permanent Resident status for one year. Wait another month, and if Green Cards don't show, submit form I-90 for a replacement card, no fee.
