  • whether my daughter will cover under CSPA?

    Priority Date: 20/01/2004
    Approval date 29/10/2009
Date of birth of daughter: 08/01/1992

My sister filed for us under F4 category. In october 2015 we received communication from NVC to process our file. After choosing the agent we received another communication from NVC to deposit the fee where only three invoices was there instead of four.i.e for me, my wife and younger daughter got invoice but no invoice for elder daughter.

We have deposited the fee for three of us and send documents of all four of us along with a letter for my elder daughter giving details for covering under CSPA. we have sent an emal to 'ask nvc' giving all the details of my elder daughter. We haven't received any reply for our email. We called up NVC but they said it will be decided by CSPA deciding team.

Please advise me what should I do now. Whether my daughter cover under CSPA? Please reply. Any one has gone through the process please help me.How much time it will take for the decision of CSPA. We need to take my unmarried daughter with us.

Hi, I have a similar situation regarding my two nephewa and one niece. I been sending letters and calling NVC since Aug,2015 but so for NO REPLY.

Even though some people suggest that go for interview and talk to consular officer, but I don't want to take this risk.

Now I have decided to hire an attorney to handle my case. Let see what will be the outcome.

Good luck for your case as well.
