Good afternoon, Im flyng to Philippines soon and Im a green card holder from here, I got my GC after my marriage. DO i need CFO sticker when I reach philippines before going back here in the US?

No, you only need the CFO sticker when leaving the Philippines with a visa (immigrant or fiancee).
