Hello everyone,
I'm a greencard holder since 2013.As I wanted to graduate from university in my home country, i had to have re-entry permit 2 years ago.I need to go back till August. Anyways, meanwhile me and my boyfriend for 4 years got engaged and decided to get married. We're moving in July to US.We first thought about getting F1 student visa for him but this is way too risky as he graduated from university 8 years ago and has his own job now. We just want to show them "non-immigrant intent". Now, we're thinking about getting B2 tourist visa fom him but I don't really read good things about this situation.Because he can only stay 6 months at max.
We want to get married in US and make him legally stay there. I just don't know "how" ?
