I-130 for parents denied because of an error on my Birth Certificate issued from Pakistan

    Hi,
I applied i-130 for my parents. i attached my birth certificate issued from Pakistan but i did not realize that there was a mistake on the birth certificate

birth Entry Date year on the Birth Certificate was 2001 and i was born in 1989. in another section on the birth certificate it says that the birth entry was normal entry not a late entry which contradicts with the entry date. if it was entered in 2001 then it is a late entry not a normal entry.

USCIS denied my case and said that i could not prove that they are my biological parents because i could not provide any documents other than the birth certificate (which had an error) and then upon the Request of Evidence i sent them 2 affidavits of my close relatives who had direct knowledge of my birth to my biological parents. Because i could not obtain any other evidences from Pakistan to prove my biological relation with my parents (it is merely impossible to obtain any old records from that part of the world in general). it is denied.

Now i have the option to appeal and in the mean time i just got a new birth certificate from Pakistan without the error this time.
it has my birth Entry Date year as 1989 and it is a normal Birth Entry as well.

what should i do now. should i appeal the decision and provide my new fixed birth certificate or should i file a new case from scratch.?

    Please Help!
