when I-130 was filed, my father used wrong spelling for the middle name.
Now DS260 and other supporting document have to be filed. All documents are showing the correct spelling.
I contacted NVC but they just said to make a request to correct the spelling.
The problem I have is that I have a deadline till March 30 to submit all documents due to CSPR issues.
My previous attorney suggested to use the spelling from I-130 and match all forms even though passport does show the different spelling. He basically told me to cross fingers not to have any issues. As this attorney was wrong about a lot of things, I don't trust his suggestion.
Any idea what's the best course of action I can take at this point?
