send photos for green card with AOS and other documents to NVC?

My previous attorney asked for photos so that he can send them to NVC along with AOR and other supporting documents.
I don't find anywhere on NVC web site saying photo should be sent to NVC. The sites says the photos are needed for interview.

I am about to send documents to NVC but not sure of photos.

anybody know the correct way?

When sending copies of civil documents (police clearances, passport ID page, birth, marriage, death divorce), two passport-style photos of the applicant need to be included.
