Hi, looking for some advice please.
I came to Dallas on an L1 just under 3 years ago and met my wife two and a half years ago. I bought a house for us to live and we have lived together for a year and married for 8 months and recently received the conditional GC.
We married because we loved each other but out of the blue she has told me that she is unhappy with our relationship, currently doesn't want me to be around and feels that she would like to get an apartment for a while to think. Nothing bad has happened for this to occur.
I suggested a marriage counseling which she seems receptive to. If she decides to still leave me after we have tried where will that leave me, is a waiver difficult to get. I have a home, job and a life here, I have family scattered around the UK but I will have nowhere to stay or work if I go back to england. I will be starting again with nothing.
Any advice would really help
