Hello all,
My mom's I-130 just got approved. The notice says they will forward it to NVC. I am confused about the next steps. She is in India (Bombay) and we selected consular processing. Could someone details, step by step the next process?
Can I do something now (while waiting for NVC letter) that will speed up the process; like collecting documents etc?
I don't have an attorney, so any advice is highly appreciated.
