What docs to send to the NVC?
Hey everyone. I was hoping if somebody could guide me through what exact documents I need to send to the NVC.
My case is in F2A category. My husband is my Sponsor and my In-laws are the joint sponsors.
Here's what I've gotten so far:
1. Check list
2. Welcome Letter
3. Photo-copies of my docs
4. PCC
5. i864 by my husband
6. i864a of my mother-in-law
7. i864a of my father in law
8. W2 forms of all of them
9. 1040 form of my husband
Please help ASAP as I need to send these to the NVC soon. Also, do all of them have to submit a photocopy of their green-cards too?
