So USCIS sent me a reminder letter - time to file I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
Here is the big question - can I include on this petition my 15 year old son, who got his GC 6 month ago via separate from me i-130 package ?
I applied for Green Card on basis of the marriage to US Citizen. I got my conditional GC in a few month.
One year after I got approved, my husband filed another I-130 for my son, who was already living here with us on tourist VISA.
My son got a green card about 6 month ago.
Can I include my son on this I-751 I am about to submit or my son need to be conditional GC holder for two years and then file a separate i-751 because he had a separate I-130/I-485/I-864 packages ?
