DS-260 : Documenting US visits

Question to all and help is very much appreciated. Filling up the DS-260. We are Canadian citizens living in Ontario, close to the Rainbow Bridge, one of the US-Canada border check posts. In numerous occasions we went to US just to have dinner in one of our favorite restaurants and came back after couple of hours. Noting was stamped in the passports as US-Canada has free entry policy for tourists, citizen of either of the countries. Honestly, we don't even remember what date/how many times we went to the other side of the border in last 8 years. Now the question is, do I need to mention this in the DS-260 form? I know I can always call up NVC and ask them but do not want to open a can of worms if it's not important. Please reply.
