I-130 Question for Widowed Mother

I am planning to apply for my mother-in-law who is a widow.

Question for I-130

1. Field 11 - Would I enter the name of my late father-in-law and date of his death?
2. Field 17 - Do I enter information for my late father-in-law as well?
