Hi everybody! I am new in this forum, but want to ask an important question.
I am married Gc holder currently in USA under valid F1visa. We filled I-130 and it was approved but not eligible to adjust the status until PD becomes current. Our PD is 07/07/15
So my question is if I need to wait till my PD becomes current to file I-485 or I can file it under new visa bulletin filling chart? Does anybody had the same experience?
