I'm approved, question about the travel to the US.

Hello,
I got my family based green card approved and got the package I'm supposed to bring to border control the next time I'm travelling to the US.
Have a question though. Does my wife have to travel with me on that trip or is it okay for me to do that trip by myself?

We're currently living in London and the next trip to the states will be just me for a couple of days preparing for the move.
Is this okay? Will i be able to fill out the I-551 form and get my final visa without my sponsor with me on the trip?

Who is the main beneficiary on a family based approved visa? If the main beneficiary is you then you can travel by yourself. BUT if the main beneficiary is your wife then you can only travel with you wife.

Hi dpatel126,
it seems that John is beneficary and her wife is the petitioner/sponsor for him and she is present in London with him and he is entering US while his sponsor wife is not accompanying him nor present in USA while he is moving to USA. Is it OK for him to do the same or not ?
It is only my presumption based on the querry put on by John and My interpretation may be wrong.
