I-130 Section C question 14

Hello All, Please help me with a confusion.

I am filing I-130 for my husband, He first came to USA as student visa (F-1) in Dec 2007, his last entry in USA was few weeks ago on March 12th, 2016, And his current USA status is H1-B.

Question 14 - If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He or she arrived as a:

Should i mention his current status or the the first status he arrived in USA?

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94) and date arrived: Should it be the most recent one or the first time he entered USA?

Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form 1-94 or I-95: I am sure this one is as per Latest I-94!! Which makes me question if the above all information should be the most recent.
