Marriage based green card and name change question?
So my husband and I filed I-130 and I-485 in my maiden name because all of our supporting documents are in my maiden name (I'm the beneficiary). After we send our package to Chicago Lockbox, we realized that we can actually use my marriage name on the forms and a marriage certificate would be enough as a proof of name change (but we didn't know that before we submitted our package). Now that I really want to take my husband's last name, what do I do now?
Can I start to change my name now on my driver license, bank acccount, SSN, etc., and then later address that at the interview? Or what? Or how can I notify USCIS of my name change while my application is pending (processing at NBC)? We received that NOA receipt so far and biometric notice for the biometric appointment scheduled for next week.
