Can I use a affidavit from my accountant as a way prove ownership of my assets?

My husband doesn't meet the requirements to sponsor me, so I'm using my own assets. But to reach the amount required I have to use 7 different itens: 2 real states, 2 companies and 3 banks accounts and to officially translate all of the documents into English will be super expensive.
My tax return is also 7 pages long, I don't even know if that's enough proof, so I was wondering if my accountant could make an affidavit and simplify everything in one single page.
Any advice is appreciated!
