My cousin wan to be my lil cousin joint sponsor, but wen filing for the 3yrs bk tax her 2013 is single wen married and her 2014 and 2015 file jointly with her husband. Reason y her 2013 file single becoz they were living in seperate state. Will this be a problem ?

You do not need to use the 2013 tax return in a sponsorship package, so it's a nonissue.

Thanks rayb! But i forget to mention is priority date was current last november

The Priority Date has nothing to do with including a copy of the 2013 tax return and how it was filed.

You don't need the 2013 tax return and you don't need to report the income from that return. Nobody at USCIS is interested in how much income was reported 3 years ago.
