Me and my spouse are both GC holders and we had our baby while abroad. We came via Abu Dhabi (POE) and our baby got her I-551 stamped in her Passport at the PoE with a validity of 1 year (NA3 Category). It was stamped on 19 January 2016. It has been almost three months and we haven't yet received the welcome package or plastic Green Card. We already applied for her SSN and it came through; which suggests that USCIS has her record on file. Any idea what is the general time line to receive the plastic GC once the I-551 is stamped in the Passport?
