New here. I am Canadian and my wife is American. Currently both living in Canada (She has her Permanent Residence Card here)
We are planning on moving to the States this year, she in September, and me in Nov/Dec. If we were to have a baby while our papers were going through, and she was my sponsor... How would that look? Would her sponsorship be revoked as she wouldn't be able to earn enough money during the birth time, and after?
Should we wait until after I have my green card before trying?
