Hi, I have a question about upgrading my case.
My Aunt has applied for my Mom and her family(including me) under F4.
Priority date :April 2005. Approval date : March 2009. I am currently 23
years old and with the slow speed of the visa bulletin I don't think even
CSPA would be able to save me. My Grandpa ( my mother and my aunts father)
has became an US citizen 3 years go and I was wondering
1- if it is possible to upgrade the case to F3 and keep our F4 priority date
and if so how can we do it ?
2- Will I still be included in the case if we upgrade to F3 ?
3- If my grandpa passes away since he is 84 years old will our immigration
case get canceled ?
