    Dear Sir,

    As per CSPA, if a son of primary beneficiary (for whom immigration visa applied in F3 category) whose

    DOB: April 24, 1990
     LPR I-130 filed: July 21, 2005
     Approved on : August 16, 2010
    current priority date is Dec 01 2004

    can we still expect he will be eligible for VISA under CSPA? guide us

    By calculating the CSPA age, the son is not eligible for VISA under CSPA. As he is already 26 years old and the pending time is 5 years 12 days. So subtracting this time from actual age, it's not possible to get help from CSPA as the visa number will be current in next 7-8 months later for the case. So the CSPA age will be over 21. Sorry Susheel.
