Reasons why F2A visa can get rejected

Can someone please tell me the reasons behind why a F2A visa could get rejected? My husband is a GC holder and I'm a Indian Citizen.

The only reason I can think of rejection is if US Immigration find out that its a fraud marriage to get the GC only.

Thank you replying. My husband and I have been together for about 7 years now and we got married a year ago. My confusion is that we didn't have a big fancy wedding but a court marriage. Is this going to be a problem?

As long as your marriage certificate is acceptable to US immigration then it does not matter if you had a big fancy marriage or not.
