I sent EAD / AP Renewal package yesterday, delivered today. My current EAD?AP will expire in mid-Aug 2016. We received AOS Interview date, but due to spouse exam we re-scheduled it.
Package included :
- Completed I-765 & I-131 form
- 2 photographs (passport-size)
- I-485 application received notice
- I-797 for EAD / AP approval
- Copy of current EAD / AP
- Cover letter for EAD / AP renewal
Questions :
1. Will it take same amount of time as previous EAD approval considering fingerprint appointment is not required this time?
