I-130, marriage and drawn in DV lottery

Hi!
My wife has been selected in DV lottery last year. We are going to have interview in June.
"Problem" is that my mother (LPR) filed a I-130 petition for me. We get married in March this year.
Should I inform USCIS about marriage or it is enough to inform consul about that fact during interview (DV lottery) in embassy?

Today I've called the USCIS and they told me that's okay to inform them prior to our interview or during it.
