  • I-130 Questions about Adjustment of Status of my British Husband

First of all thanks for reading.
Short story: We met online, we liked each other, I was doing a medical internship (unpaid) in the U.S. (I had studied and lived all my life with my parents in Mexico, despite me being american) He decided to come visit me 29 August 2015 He had just quit University and was depressed, also (it was safer than visiting me in Mexico with all the insecurity) We fell more in love than ever. We didn't want to go apart. He proposed to me, We got married 21st of November 2015, he lost his plane back to the UK that was for 26th of November and roughly that's when his visa waiver was due to.

Now, I had to provide my tax return, which I didn't have because I had never worked in the U.S. So I had to find a sponsor. My closest family didn't want to help,
So I quit my internship and Start working so that I can be his sponsor, However I run into the luck month's after that my best friend's family are willing to help us since They have known me for a long time.

We were trying to do all this with a lawyer, but since we're moving into a new apartment, we're having a lot of costs, I don't think we can afford that anymore, because I'm the only one working and it's a lot of weight. I'm going to re-start my internship this year in July, and still work, but damn, We need this process to be speed up so my wonderful husband can work and we can finally have a bit of a financial relief, and I can finish becoming a doctor.

I just want to know which problems may we encounter?

Which forms do we have to to get I-485 and I-130?

and also whilst filling the I-130 there's a couple of tricky questions:

on Letter C Question 17 it asks : information about your relative, list spouse and all children of your relative.

Do I just write down my own name? -we don't have kids yet-

Question 22: Complete the information below if your relative is in the U.S. and is applying for adjustment of status:
Your relative is applying at the USCIS Office in: ??????????

we're in Houston Texas, is that what I write down?

If your relative is not elegible he will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in??????
Do I write down anything here? Would the answer there be London?

what else do we need to know? We're fairly young and inexperienced, and trying to do everything ourselves. Please help!

You will fill out both I-130 and I-485. I-130 for immigration and I-485 for adjustment of status since he is already living in this county.

on Letter C Question 17 it asks : information about your relative, list spouse and all children of your relative.[/b]
You will only write your spouse's name

I am unsure about the other 2 questions
