VISA from marriage

Hello all,

Im new to the forum and my girlfriend and i were wondering if i could get a visa to live and work in the US. Here is the scenario:

She gota her VISA when he married a US resident ten years ago and got divorced. She has a daughter who is a US citizen and they both currently living with me outside the US. If we were to marry, could i get a green card and we all go living together in the US?

What is your girlfriend's US status?
Her USC daughter can't do anything for her parents until she is 21.

If she has GC and left US for too long, she may lost her GC status, and can't sponsor anyone.
If she is a US citizen, she can sponsor you for a GC given that she has enough income (and keep paying income taxes while working abroad) or someone in the US agrees to be a co-sponsor.
